" No refund for cancellation "

I was using tentkotta app for 2015, and I gave my credit card details for auto renewal. For 2020, I decided to cancel the subscription, but before I unsubscribe my credit card payment was done for 2020. I sent email to tentkotta explaining this issue, and asked them to refund, but they just suspended for 2021 payment and not giving the refund. I'm trying for last 2 weeks by sending email & calling to their support desk, still I didn't receive the refund. I don't know how to get the ref... und from them.
