Ive used Priceline to get some amazing hotel deals using the name your price feature. However that works best when you are flexible with the location of the hotel. Express deals seems to be a better deal these days because it is narrows down the options and the chances if you getting the hotel you want are better. Here is a trick that works for me when I use Express Deals, I first search the regular deals and make a note of the star rating and amenities the hotel has to offer along wit... h the average rating. I then use express deal and select the amenities and star rating that I need. This narrows down the list considerably and with the help of the rating score It is easier to locate the hotel you want.
