I buy my grandsons school outfits, and they are always good quality. I use my rewards and discounts to purchase small d?cor items for around the house. first time 3 ceramic canisters with bamboo lids. received 2 canisters . I canister cracked and chipped. other canister no lid. also received a very small set of cheap looking metal canisters with peel on labels. called customer service. very snippy. I let it go because the the actual cost was free. 9 months later I order a lovely white pineapple with gold leaves. this too is broken. 1 of the gold leaves is snapped off. BUT there are 2 broken pieces of gold leaf in bottom of box. well neither one of those 2 broken pieces are the piece im missing. so apparently they shipped me a broken pineapple fully aware that it was broken and then just for fun threw in some spare parts. wow crappy packing crappy crappiness all around. paying off card and not shopping jcpnny again.
